Plan Terms

Gabb plans include coverage on a nationwide 4G LTE network. Under the Gabb Plan, users receive unlimited talk and text service on a great flexible monthly plan to fit their child's needs. Plan Disclosures

You have selected no contract
You've selected a two-year monthly service contract on our Gabb plan. If your line of service has a contract term and you terminate this Agreement without legal excuse (e.g. Gabb is in default or breach of the Agreement, or Gabb failed to provide service), you agree to pay us an early termination fee. The early termination fee is not a penalty, but rather a reasonable charge to compensate us for your failure to fulfill the terms of the Agreement. The early termination fee shall be as follows: If you are on a two-year contract term, then your early termination fee will be $150, which will decline by $5 per month upon completion of months 7-15, $10 per month upon completion of months 16-24, and will be $0 upon completion of the contract term. Your full payment of the termination fee shall be our sole and exclusive remedy for the early termination of this Agreement.

Your plan’s billing cycle will begin on the 7th of each month and is billed on the 12th of each month. In agreement with the terms and conditions, no outside devices are permitted use of the Gabb Wireless plan.

Any violation of this stipulation will result in the cancelation of the plan. All Gabb phones are exclusively sold on the Gabb Wireless network.

Can I trade in my Gabb Phone (Z2) or my Gabb Watch for a Gabb Phone Plus?

We do not currently have a trade in program at this time. We would love for the Gabb Phone or Gabb Watch to go to a younger sibling or friend! You can upgrade your device (not add a new line) and put the SIM card from the old Gabb Phone Z2 into the new Gabb Phone Plus to keep the same number!
What does the Gabb Phone Plus offer that the Gabb Phone does not?

Gabb Phone Plus offers a higher quality device with a better screen, faster processing and the ability to support more of Gabb’s future subscriptions and services.
What age is this phone for?

Although we can’t give a specific age, if your child is ready for a mature looking and feeling device with the ability to have the responsibilities of a smart phone without unsafe third party apps, social media and access to the internet, this phone is for them.
Can my child access apps or the internet on the Gabb Phone Plus?

Gabb Phone Plus does not have access to the internet or third party apps. Only Gabb curated apps like the calculator, contacts, Gabb Music (subscription required) and more can be used.
Can the Gabb Phone Plus connect to WiFi?

Yes, Wifi is available to help with phone features, but only grants access to Gabb approved apps for purposes such as streaming music through Gabb music (if you have a Gabb Music subscription) and software updates. Gabb Phone Plus does not have access to the internet, social media, or third party app store.
Can I add this phone to my family plan?

You cannot. Gabb is its own network.
Does this phone have GPS on it?

Gabb Phone Plus has a find my device style GPS locator that is managed by the parent smartphone in the MyGabb App
Can my child listen to music?

Yes. You may also listen to music using a Gabb Music subscription. The Gabb Phone Plus does not have an audio/MP3 player or an FM radio.
